Uniform
We encourage all parents to dress their children in our school colours.
Girls' school uniform
Winter Uniform
Navy tunic or skirt or black trousers.
White, light blue or navy polo shirt or blouse.
Navy jumper, cardigan, or sweatshirt.
Black shoes.
Waterproof and reversible fleece (optional)
Girls' PE Uniform
White T-shirt, navy shorts, white socks and plimsolls or trainers (not lace up) with non-marking soles. All kept in a named PE bag.
Swimming - one piece swimsuit, swimming hat (available from school for £2.00) and towel.
Summer Uniform
Blue and white check dress.
Shoes that support the foot (clogs, high heeled shoes and sandals are inappropriate).
Boys' school uniform

Black shoes (no trainers please).
School uniform (fleeces, polo shirts, sweatshirts etc.) with the school logo on can be purchased from Scholars in the Little Brittox in Devizes and OHM in Devizes. School uniform does not have to have the school log on it.
School book bags and sun hats can be purchased from the school office for £5.
For art and craft activities large long-sleeved shirts or aprons are recommended.
All clothing should be clearly marked with the child's name, particularly sweatshirts, fleece jackets and lunch boxes.
Jewellery - for the sake of children's safety, jewellery (with the exception of watches) may not be worn at school. Children with pierced ears may only wear stud earrings which have to be removed for PE and swimming. (Children with newly pierced ears cannot take part in PE for 2 weeks and swimming for 6 weeks.)
Hair longer than shoulder length should be tied back.
Lost property can be collected upon request from the school office. The lost property box is cleared each term.
Donated second-hand uniform can be purchased via the school office - all proceeds go to the Friends of Bishops Cannings School.
